Are some jobs too small or too big for Silverfern?
Not at all - we do very small repairs, junk removal and furniture assembly all the way to perimeter fence installations, bathroom renovations, new decks and docks - you name it. We have a number of highly skilled and incredibly friendly techs who love helping our clients. We are efficient in our work and scheduling so we can offer a broad set of services at an affordable rate.
How do I know if you do the kind of service I need?
Clients are constantly surprised at how broad our services are - so the best thing to do is try us! Send us an contact inquiry, email or call us and chances are we can help you. If we can’t, we will refer you to another trusted company who will take great care of you.
How do you bill for your work?
Smaller jobs are billed hourly (and our clients often combine several different needs in one visit so they can get their entire to-do list taken care of) and larger jobs are fixed-fee/quoted. We also have special packages and service contracts depending on the client and nature of the work. We’ve built a reputation for fair and affordable pricing and top-notch service and we are proud to share we don’t have accounts receivable or overdue accounts which is the best indication of our clients valuing our services.
I’m rarely home - how can I schedule your visit?
Our team is used to picking up and dropping off keys and doing work when works best for our clients. All of our techs are hired with a clean record and background checks so they are trusted by our repeat clients to come in, do the work, and leave the space in spic and span condition.
I’m not sure if I need a plumber or handyman?
Fair enough - give us a call. We can often tell in minutes whether it’s something we can troubleshoot or install or if you should go to a specialized plumbing company. If we can help you, you’ll easily save half the cost or more so it’s worth giving us a try.
